The idea of daily affirmations isn’t new, but what I wanted to rethink was the experience. Instead of feeling like a static quote app, Soul Lift uses thoughtful visuals, motion, interactions, and small details to make each moment feel more alive and personal. Open it, take a breath, read something you might need to hear, and carry on with your day. I built Soul Lift as a side project with a big focus on the details, and I’d love to hear what you think.

Hey everyone!
I’ve been working on Soul Lift as a side project for a while, and I’m really excited (and slightly nervous) to finally put it out there.
Daily affirmations obviously aren’t a new idea. What I really wanted to explore was the experience around them and how can something as simple as reading a few words feel more calming, intentional, and alive.
A lot of the work went into the little things: the animations, transitions, visuals, interactions, and overall feel of the app. I wanted Soul Lift to feel less like something you have to do and more like a small moment you actually look forward to each day.
I’d genuinely love your feedback, especially on the design and experience:
Does Soul Lift feel different from other affirmation apps?
Is there anything that feels unnecessary, confusing, or that you’d change?
And if you use it, I’d love to know, would you actually come back to it every day?
Thanks for checking out my little side project
