Sonnex is a macOS DAW built around a more direct music-making workflow. Instead of constantly jumping between separate windows and panels, the goal is to keep the tools you need close at hand in one unified workspace. Record, edit, work with MIDI, instruments, effects and mixing tools without getting lost in the interface. Built independently and still evolving based on real user feedback.

I built Sonnex because I wanted to try a different approach to the DAW interface. A lot of DAWs can feel like you're constantly opening, closing and moving panels around just to get things done. I wanted to see what a more direct and unified workflow could feel like. Sonnex is still evolving, so I'm really interested in hearing what people think — especially about the UI, workflow and what you'd change. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
