Solpuga is an HTTP(S) proxy for developers. macOS, Windows, Linux.
I built it because I kept spending more time on the proxy than on the bug. Charles wants a setup ritual before every session, and its free version isn't something you can work in. Proxyman is a much nicer app, but the parts you actually reach for sit behind the license. Both are fair businesses — they just meant I never had a proxy I could open on whatever machine I was on and start using.
So Solpuga opens and shows you traffic. Then:
— Breakpoints. Pause a request or response, edit the URL, headers or body, let it go.
— Color-coded methods and status codes, so a failure stands out without opening it.
— Mobile. Install the cert, point the phone's Wi-Fi proxy at your machine, same rules apply.
— Local only. No cloud, nothing about your traffic leaves the laptop.
Further along than "beta" usually implies: Map Local, SSE traffic, timeline, HAR import and export.
Not there yet: gRPC, scripting, and composing a request by hand. Next three on the list, in that order unless you tell me otherwise.

The fact that this runs entirely locally with no data leaving your machine is exactly what tools like this should default to. Love that you made privacy the foundation rather than an afterthought.
