SoloHatch’s free Client Capacity Calculator helps solo service providers check the hours left in their week before accepting another client request. It includes admin, interruptions and work already promised, then compares a working estimate with a slower estimate.
Illustrative example. A 32-hour week, less 7 hours of admin, 5 reserved for interruptions and 8 already booked, leaves 12 hours. A new 5-hour request leaves 7 hours. If it takes 7.5 hours, you have 4.5 left. Use that second result when deciding the scope or delivery date.
