I built Soja after noticing a frustrating gap in sleep apps: they’re good at showing you what happened last night, but rarely tell you what to do next.
After a late night, disrupted schedule, jet lag, or poor sleep, most people are left guessing: When should I get sunlight? When should I stop caffeine? Should I nap? How do I return to my normal schedule without making the next night worse?
Soja turns your sleep data into a personalized, multi-day Circadian Recovery plan. It can use Apple Health data or a manual sleep check-in, then creates a practical daily timeline for:
☀️ Light exposure
☕ Caffeine cut-off
😴 Naps and sleep timing
🌙 Wind-down and screen reduction
📅 Returning to your normal routine over multiple days
The goal is to go beyond another sleep score and make recovery feel clear, calm, and achievable.
While building Soja, the product evolved from a simple sleep planner into something more proactive: a daily guide that adjusts recovery around your schedule, preferences, and actual sleep.
Soja is still early, and I’d genuinely value your feedback—especially on whether the recovery plans feel clear and actionable, and what integrations or insights you’d most like to see next.
Thank you for checking it out. I’m excited to hear what you think! 🧡
