horrible experience. I contact them to help me attain organic growth on Instagram due to lack of time, and the first day I got a warning from Instagram informing me of sketchy activity and urging me to change my password, so useless. I then tried to cancel my account but it was IMPOSSIBLE to find a way to do so, or to contact anyone within the company, so I sent a ticket directed to admin@socialhype.co (@tim_jennings ) for which I NEVER got an answer. I have then been quite disconnected for over 3 weeks, after which I realised I have been charged the amount of 20USD three times, and they never reply. Interestingly now that I am not on a free trial i was able to see an option to cancel my account online, but I feel completely deceived and would like to warn others to not to fall on the same trap. I can assure I am a real person, btw.
