I've been playing around with this for a few hours. Not entirely sure how to use it and it seems a bit buggy at the moment. But the idea is really, really interesting. The core concept is that the friendships themselves (the thing that make up all social networks) are ephemeral. So you become friends with someone for 24 hours and enjoy memories together. After the 24 hours, everything goes away unless you chose to preserve the friendship. From the VentureBeat article: "Like other ideas worth pursuing, Sobrr was forged in the aftermath of a Vegas bachelor party. After a night straight from The Hangover, Yang and his groomsmen awoke in their hotel room and immediately rushed to their social media accounts to delete every trace of whatever had happened the night before. Every picture, post, chat, and new friend had to vanish before the wedding."
