SnapsLapse is for photos you only need temporarily — receipts, parking spots, labels, notes, Wi-Fi codes and more. Choose how long to keep them, and SnapsLapse removes them automatically when their time is up.
I built SnapsLapse because my camera roll kept filling up with photos I never actually wanted to keep — receipts, parking spots, package labels, Wi-Fi codes, notes and other things I only needed for a few hours or days.
Deleting them later sounds simple, but I rarely remembered to do it.
SnapsLapse solves that with one simple idea: take a photo, choose how long you need it, and let it disappear automatically when its time is up.
I wanted to keep the app intentionally simple:
• temporary photos stay separate from your normal camera roll • you choose when they should disappear • photos stay on your device • 3 captures are free to try • Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase — no subscription
I’d love to hear what kinds of temporary photos you take most often.
