Some weeks ago I wanted to remove the background of a logo I was doing for a project. I thought that It was a easy task but it wasn't.
First, I went to one website for doing, it did perfect, but it was mandatory to pay for downloading the image in the same quality as I sent it.
Then, I went to another one. This one even did not allow me to introduce the image without paying a mensual plan.
Finally and I say finally because I was starting getting mad, I went to another webpage, everything seemed fine until I needed to register, give all the data possible and then, I would have as 2 tries until I had to pay again.
What did I do? I downloaded a free editor program and played a tutorial from youtube called: "How to remove the background of a picture using ...".
So given this annoying afternoon in when I spent as 3 hours to remove the background of a simple logo, I decided to create my own removal background app. With the goal of removing all these problems to as many persons as possible.
Finally a free background remover that actually gives full-quality PNGs without forcing a signup. The real-time brush to fix edges was a nice surprise, made a tricky hairline actually look clean.

The background removal worked shockingly well on a tricky portrait, and being able to brush back in the hair strands in real time is a nice touch. Glad I don’t have to sign up just to grab a transparent PNG.
Cleaned up a product shot in seconds and the edges around the bottle looked really crisp. Appreciate that I can brush back in the bits it dropped without redoing the whole thing.
