SMSCountry

After trying many many text messaging services in the market I finally found SMSCountry. And, my overall experience with them has been really great and solid. SMS deliverability is excellent. Plus the platform has all the neat features to run campaigns; automations, campaigns, stats, multiple integration has to be my fav! Their customer service is the best I've seen. They follow up, they ask detailed questions and they want to improve. I can tell they want me to grow my business. One time, one of their customer service reps worked beyond office hours to get my message delivery issue resolved. Another best thing about SMSCountry is that they dedicate an account manager to run and manage your SMS campaigns. And this has allowed me to focus on other important aspects of my business without having to worry a speck about launching and managing my campaigns. Seriously, how many companies do that? Their interface needs some work as it's a little confusing, but it has all the functions I need. I haven't come across anything I dislike about the SMSCountry platform, as it has always got the job done right plus the support was always there if I ever got stuck.
