Tired of the same old lesson plans? In an age where generic generative AI is everywhere, stagnation has stifled what education iss supposed to be: helping students develop their ability to think.
I spent 30 years in high school ELA classroom watching technology dumb down education—students who couldn't fill out graphic organizers or if they did could not transer learning but freeze into real analysis. So, I started with tools students really needed (SmartEsssay.ai and Smart-Reader.ai), but I realized there was a greater need. I built SmartTeacher.ai to take to bureacratic side out of education and leave what was really important - Student Engagement.
SmartTeacher.ai is a full interactive, multi-subject, coaching platform with Socratic AI, adaptive paths, precise visuals (KaTeX + Desmos), and analytics that actually measure thinking growth. Fullly equipped with guardrails to prevent cheating or inappropriate messaging/hallucinations.
No more copy-paste AI answers. Just a tool to help students through the hard cognitive thinking while giving teachers their time back.
I would love and appreciate your honest feedback—especially from fellow educators and edtech builders. What would make these tools genuinely useful in your classroom or workflow?

One thing I'd love to see is a parent-facing view that mirrors what the student completed each week, so I can stop duplicating that summary in emails. Even a simple exportable weekly recap with the lesson topics and rubric scores would save me a ton of time.

@hollygolightly Thank you for the suggestion. It's a great idea. I am also going to look into creating it compatible with current learning tools for ease of use. I appreciate you leaving a comment and checking us out.

Finally something built by someone who's actually taught a class. The AI coach holding back on answers instead of just spoon-feeding kids is a small detail but it changes the whole dynamic.

@xander_yan Thank you. I appreciate your time. I thought so as well. AI would spit out everything and as a teacher it's a waste of time to read generic output. I didn't want to give up on assigning lessons or education. Many teachers already are resigned to not getting authentic answers, so creating this was hopefully my solution to ending it. Thanks again for checking it out.
