What's great

We’ve been working with SmartShop for a year and a half now. What I like is that the process is easy to understand: you receive the account, check the access, and then make the payment. There’s also a dedicated Telegram chat with the team for questions after delivery.

For us, having that ongoing contact is a big part of the service. Apple Developer accounts can come with plenty of practical questions, so it’s useful to have a familiar team to turn to. We appreciate being able to keep working with the same people over time.

What needs improvement

Optional renewal reminders would be handy. Being able to choose how far in advance to receive them would make it easier to plan upcoming renewals.

vs Alternatives

The option to verify the account before paying appealed to us. We also wanted ongoing support and help with renewals. That combination made SmartShop a good fit for a long-term working relationship.

What's great

We started working with SmartShop six months ago. What I appreciate most is being able to discuss our needs directly with the team. The account options and terms are clear, and there’s a dedicated Telegram chat for follow-up questions.

Having support available after delivery is a big plus for us. It’s convenient to keep account-related questions in one conversation and know where to ask for help. We’re happy with the working relationship so far.

What needs improvement

Optional notifications when a preferred account type or region becomes available would be useful. That would make it easier to plan future orders.

vs Alternatives

We were looking for clear terms, a choice of account types and regions, and support after the purchase. SmartShop offered that combination. Being able to check the account before paying also made us more comfortable with the process.
