This seems like a great workout app! Artificial Intelligence creates personalized workouts for you, you can track your progress, and it's available on Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, definitely going to check it out!
Interesting product! How does the UI look an Apple Watch?
I'm a big fan of tracking sets, reps and weights during my workouts so a good UI for that on the smartwatch is really important to me.
Would be great if you can maybe add some pictures on the website for that, too!
Besides that - great product!
Pretty cool! I think having a personal companion for everything you need is just awesome! Can you also work with your own bodyweight?

I’ve been a user for over a year now, and I can say that SmartGym strengths, which make it superior to other apps are:
- UI simplicity: Exercises are more like GIFs instead of videos, highlighting key posture points. To me this is far more effective than a video.
- AI help to generate routines
- Context: You can choose the equipment that is available to you.
- Reporting: You can see which muscles you are targeting with every workout.
But overall: Its Apple Watch app. You can leave your phone in the locker, and concentrate on working out. These are the key points about the watch app:
- All important workout information you find in the phone app is present in the watch app, adapted to that context.
- Haptic cues help directo you when rest time is over, etc.
- Cardio areas offer a clear view of the quality and safety of your effort.
- Ability to quickly edit your routine with from the watch.
Anyways, I highly recommend it 👍🏼
@jorge_dieguez I'll ask you this since you've used this app for a while! I've been testing this out for a couple of days and it generated an "A1" and "A2" routine for me. After 2 workouts with each routine, it's updated both to include one additional rep on certain lifts, but the workout is overall the same. At some point (and what point is that?) does the routine itself change? whether additional/lower sets/reps/, or different/new routines altogether?

Hello @prithsr ! Good question. You know, I haven't approached it like that. What I do is create a routine, and go though it for a couple of months. You can set your routine to expire. It does add reps for progressive overload, and leaves the weight to you (you need to find the adequate level in order to avoid injuries). When the routine expires, I simply create a new one. I hope it helps.

For someone who struggles to keep consistency in working out, looks like a boon! Will try this and keep you updated on my feedback!

Great idea. It would be great if it could also develop a meal plan and supplement suggestions based on your workout routine.

Love the ability to update your routine as you progress, feels like a detail that's very forgotten in most work up and health apps.
Great work and good luck on your launch !
