I built SmartDataAI after seeing the same problem again and again: someone exports a contact list, "cleans" it with a quick script or AI, and nobody can tell what actually changed.

So the tools here do three things differently:

• Everything runs in your browser. Your file never leaves your computer.

• Every removed row and changed cell goes into a change log you can download.

• If a value is ambiguous (is 03/04 March or April?), it's flagged for you instead of guessed.

What it doesn't do: it doesn't verify that mailboxes exist, and it doesn't do fuzzy matching ("Jon" vs "John"). Those need a person, and that's what the fixed-price service (from $19) is for.
