Founder here, quick story on why I built this.
I had a bunch of 1 star reviews sitting on my own apps for months, basically telling me exactly what was broken. I never read them though. Who has 3 hours to dig through 500 reviews to find the same 5 complaints over and over. So I built the thing I wished existed.
Paste your App Store or Play Store link, it pulls the 1-3★ reviews and ranks the themes that actually keep showing up, with real quotes attached (never paraphrased, always verbatim, that part matters to me).
Honestly the use case I didn't see coming: pointing it at competitors instead of your own app. Their bad reviews are basically a free list of stuff people want that isn't being built. I do both now. My own apps to fix things, competitor apps to get new ideas from.
