Hi Product Hunt — Olver here. Smart Post Studio was on here once before, as an early version. Since then it turned into a different product, so this is the comeback post. I'm an architect. Not software — buildings. Smart Post Studio is the side project: I wanted a scheduler that was a real desktop app, where my video files stayed on my machine and posted at original quality instead of getting transcoded in someone's cloud. So I built it. Mac and Windows, eight platforms, flat pricing instead of per-channel fees. Since the first launch, four things shipped: - **A web app (beta)** — schedule from your browser or phone; posts fire from our servers even with your computer off. - **Fanvue support** — as far as I can find, we're the only scheduler that has it. - **LinkedIn Company Pages**, alongside personal profiles. - **MCP access (beta)** — the one I'm most curious what you'll make of. Instead of me renting you an AI, you connect your own — Claude, Cursor, any MCP client — and it reads your queue, drafts, and schedules. There is deliberately no "post now" tool: everything an AI creates is a draft or a scheduled post at least ten minutes out, marked with an AI badge, sitting in your queue where you can stop it. It's on every paid plan, including the $8 one. Honest limitation, stated plainly: posts published from the desktop app need the app running at posting time. That's the cost of your media staying local. The web beta exists exactly to cover that — connect a platform there and it posts from the cloud regardless. 14-day trial, no card. I answer every comment myself — there is no team. Question for you: if you could hand your AI assistant the keys to your posting schedule, what's the first thing you'd actually have it do — and what would make you not trust it?

The Smart Way to manage you Posting

A tool only helps if you use the whole thing. Most people open a scheduler, use one feature, and leave the rest untouched. So here's a walk through every part of Smart Post Studio and exactly how each one helps your product, or you, get seen.

1. Connect your platforms once

Start in the Accounts tab. Connect Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts the six platforms Smart Post Studio publishes to.

Two things worth knowing. Connecting is a one-time job; once a platform is linked it stays linked. And your access tokens are stored in your computer's own keychain macOS Keychain or Windows Credential Manager never on our servers. You connect once, and the keys to your accounts stay on your machine.
