Hi everyone 👋 I’m Matt, a driving instructor in the UK and the solo founder of Smart Operations PRO.
When I qualified, I was shocked by how much admin sits behind the job. Mileage logs for HMRC, daily vehicle checks, MOT, insurance and badge renewal dates, tyre wear, CPD records - all scattered across paper, spreadsheets and memory. Miss one and it can cost you money or your licence to teach.
