What it does: - Every CF7 submission is saved in one inbox, grouped by form - Messages from the same email are grouped into a chat-style thread - Reply directly from wp-admin (uses wp_mail, no SMTP plugin required) - New / Read / Replied status, unread badge in the admin menu - Tags (Lead, Support, Spam…), saved filters, search - CSV export of the current view, bulk delete WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/naveencodes-smart-contact-inbox/
