Hi Product Hunt,
I built 'Small Movements, Often' because every "stand up and stretch" reminder I tried was either free but super-basic, or required a paid subscription.
This one is deliberately small:
• A soft chime every 45 minutes (adaptable: you pick the interval and your active hours)
• A 45-second sequence each of x4 exercises (adaptable: you pick the duration and number)
• Runs in a browser tab, no login, nothing to install
• Free, and it'll stay that way
I use it every week day and find it genuinely useful.
Would love feedback on any aspects (missing features, redundant features, bugs, etc.)
Happy to answer anything in the thread. Thanks for taking a look.

love how quiet it stays in the background, the nudges feel like a coworker tapping your shoulder instead of a calendar reminder. the breathing intervals in particular are timed really thoughtfully.

Been using it for a few days and the eye rest reminders are honestly the only reason I notice I've been staring at my screen for three hours straight. Love that you can dial the intervals way down for those long work sprints.
