Hi everyone 👋 I'm Diego, building SlimKoper from Breda in the Netherlands. Buying a house here is stressful in a very specific way. The market moves fast, you're often expected to bid over the asking price, and on top of that there are buyer costs, monthly costs and mortgage limits that nobody explains clearly. Most people end up deciding on gut feeling about the biggest purchase of their life. So I started building free tools for each piece of that puzzle. Kosten koper, monthly costs (gross and net after mortgage interest deduction), how much to bid and your chance of winning, overbidding and the cash it needs, rent versus buy, a viewing checklist, a VvE health check. Everything runs on public Dutch data, and there's no account and no email wall. The thing I care most about is helping people bid well, because that's where the real money is won or lost. It's early and I'm adding a tool roughly every week. I'd genuinely love feedback, especially from anyone who has bought or tried to buy a home here and remembers what they wished they'd known.
