Sleepwave uses motion-sensing technology to track your sleep cycles from a phone beside your bed and wakes you gently during light sleep. Features include contactless motion tracking, gentle alarm sounds, dream journal and sleep insights to improve your rest.

I rarely use alarms, as I wake up well before time.
But this year, I have realised that maybe I am not sleeping well and now I intend to monitor my sleep at least.
My question is where do we have to place our mobile while sleeping?
I’m impressed by the tech under Sleepwave: contactless motion sensing, breath rate detection, sleep depth analysis—all without invasive hardware. The smart alarm window (15-60 min) that wakes you in a light sleep phase is well thought out. Also, privacy by design (no login required, no audio leaving device) is a major win. If you layer this with clear insights, maybe trend graphs (“how sleep depth varied over a week”) or suggestions (“try earlier bedtime if restless”)—this could become a go-to sleep companion.
