We built "Slap my phone" because we kept seeing people fidgeting with their phones during boring meetings — tapping, swiping, flipping them around. We thought: what if that nervous energy could produce something actually funny?
So we turned the phone into a slap-powered soundboard. You hold it flat on your palm, slap the back of your hand, and the motion sensor triggers a random hilarious sound — punch impacts, goat screams, farts, animal noises and reactions, and 200+ more.
Some things that make it different:
- Real motion detection — it uses CoreMotion accelerometer data, not a random button
- Customizable sensitivity — from feather-tap to "you really need to mean it"
- Community sounds — users can submit new sound packs
- Emoji explosion + screen flash + haptics on every slap (very satisfying)
We're two indie developers who built this for fun and it turned into something people actually use to relieve stress. The free version lets you try it with a daily limit. Pro unlocks everything.
