A pixel monkey hangs in the corner of your Mac. When someone pays you, he swings down and slaps a sticky note on your screen with who paid and how much. Stripe, Paddle, Polar, Dodo, RevenueCat and Shopify paid orders, plus App Store sales as one note each morning. Milestones get a win card you can share. Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Newton, a solo founder from Ontario, and I built Slap Alert.
I kept refreshing my Stripe dashboard to see if anyone had paid. An email or a phone buzz felt too small for the moment someone pays you for a thing you made. So I built it: a pixel monkey hangs in the corner of your Mac, and when a sale comes in he swings down and slaps a sticky note on your screen with who paid and how much.
It works with Stripe (a read-only restricted key; full secret keys get refused), Paddle, Polar, Dodo Payments, RevenueCat and Shopify paid orders. App Store sales come as one note each morning, because Apple only reports sales once a day. Keys stay in your Mac's keychain and there's no account to make. Your own scripts can make him slap too, for free: drop a small JSON file in his Inbox folder.
US$12 launch price for the first 50 buyers through Nov 2, then US$19 once, no subscription, with a 7-day free trial and a full refund within 14 days. Stripe test mode and Paddle sandbox work, so you can watch a slap before your first real sale. Needs macOS 14 or later.
