SKV Network is an open-source AI executor & knowledge base for AI agents. It stores "cubes" (atomic rules), generates images, HTML, PDFs from JSON, runs auto-consultation with 5 models (DeepSeek, Qwen, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok), and controls robots via 17 cubes. A/B tested: 76% hit rate, 100% on technical/constitutional questions, 0% interference. Built with FastAPI + PostgreSQL + Qdrant + Docker. MIT licensed.
