We built SKID because Dubai off-plan is full of brochure prices and vague “great ROI” talk — and almost nothing that answers the question investors actually have: should I reserve this launch, or walk away?
SKID is not a listings site. You name a project, developer, budget, or handover year, and we:
Pull live launch data (payment plan, entry price, handover)
Check it against DLD closed sales in the same community (launch premium vs ready stock)
Map cash to handover (and what’s left to finance at completion)
