I wanted to add rich animations to my apps, but Lottie files were getting too bloated. Then I discovered Skia: incredible 60fps shaders that weigh practically nothing.
To avoid constantly recompiling my apps just to test an effect, I built Skia Labs. It’s a web-based SKSL playground running natively on CanvasKit WASM. It features a full Monaco editor with syntax highlighting and instant cloud sharing.
