Hey, I’m Matt. I’ve been writing for 25 years and Skeleton Draft is basically the way I’ve learned to work, turned into an app.
I wanted to be able to pull back and see the whole story, then get into a scene and write it without losing that bigger picture. So I built a place to work through acts, chapters, scenes, and beats alongside the draft itself. You can write prose, a screenplay, or both side by side.
I also care about being able to change my mind without losing work. Drafts are cloud synced, versioned, and exportable. There are optional AI tools for condensing, trimming, or formatting words you’ve already written. The story and the voice are yours.
