This product seems great but in practice looks to be a borderline scam. I say borderline because I can't tell if it's malicious or incompetent, but things don't work. Here's my experience:
1. Free trial worked great. I was hooked and subscribed.
2. After subscribing, the full analysis failed. I got a big Gemini gobbly-gook error message.
3. There is no support form on the website, just an email address. I emailed that address with a screenshot and a request for help because it still consumed my credit.
4. Moments later I had a bounce that the support email was not delivered and the inbox didn't exist or wasn't configured.
5. I canceled the recurring subscription lest I forget and tried to run another analysis (you get 3 per month with a subscription) and at that point I was redirected to subscribe again even though the unsubscribe flow very clearly said I could use my credits until the end of the billing period and my profile said I have 2 credits remaining.
6. I searched everywhere and could not find any other support options, so I'm posting here and hopefully someone at this company is able to help resolve and/or this protects other customers from falling into this trap with this questionable platform.
