As someone who deeply enjoys specialty coffee, craft beer, and good wine, I always found myself forgetting the exact flavor profiles, roasters, or names of the bottles I loved. I tried using general note apps, but they lacked structure. On the other hand, existing dedicated apps felt bloated, overly social, or packed with ads. I wanted something clean, lightning-fast, and deeply focused on the personal experience of tasting. That’s why I built Sipio.
