simshot is a CLI that captures App Store-ready screenshots from the iOS Simulator using simctl only — no XCUITest, no flaky test runners, no hangs. Instead of a test runner driving the UI, the app navigates to each scene via a tiny #if DEBUG launch-arg handler. simshot handles the rest: build, boot simulators, status bar override (9:41, 100%), capture, and resize. Highlights: no XCUITest, hard timeout + retry, built-in status bar override, multi-language via --langs, zero deps, macOS 13+.
