Built with my wife, who's used it since the first beta and loves its simplicity and HealthKit sync. The private period tracker for every cycle. Get age-tuned period and ovulation predictions that learn your rhythm, a clear cycle-phase view of right now, and insights into your length, regularity, symptoms and mood. Your cycle data stays on your device, with optional private iCloud sync. Export a clean PDF report for your doctor anytime. No account, no ads, and free to start.
The app was inspired by my wife. She was not fond of the complexity and bloat of the other period trackers she tried. What she wanted was straightforward, tap a button to start tracking, tap again to stop, and let the app fill in the days in between. She wanted to update the details later, and get a report whenever she needed one. That became the brief. She's been using Simply Track since the first beta.
We also noticed a real gap in other apps: young people experiencing their first period often have no help on hand. So we built a detailed how-to guide for first-time experiences, with plain, judgement-free answers on what is normal and how to use pads, tampons and cups, whilst being age appropriate.
That turned into two core ideas.
Privacy first. Everything is stored locally on your iPhone by default, with optional sync to your private iCloud. There is no account to create, no company servers holding your health data, no advertising, and no tracking based on sensitive health information.
Simplicity over feature bloat. Log your period with a tap: start when it begins, stop when it ends. Simply Track works out your cycle, predicts your next period, and gives you a clear calendar with reminders. You will not be overwhelmed by dozens of metrics you do not need.
What's inside:
- Age-tuned period and ovulation predictions that learn your rhythm, from first periods to perimenopause
- Simple logging: fill in the blanks as you go, nothing more
- A clear view of where you are right now, plus insights into cycle length, regularity, symptoms, and mood
- Sleep compared: how you rest during your period versus the rest of your cycle
- An Apple Watch app with your cycle day, phase and one-tap tracking, plus HealthKit integration so Watch data flows straight in
- A clean PDF report for your doctor whenever you need it
The name really came from a few honest reactions to modern apps: "I do not want another account", "I do not want targeted ads based on my health", and "I just want a simple period tracker". That philosophy is exactly why we called it Simply Track.
Simply Track is available for iPhone and Apple Watch. Period tracking, the calendar and every guide are free; Premium unlocks the daily Log, Insights and the doctor report.
To celebrate the launch, the code PRODUCTHUNT26 gives the Product Hunt community the first 3 months of Premium free. After that, the normal monthly subscription applies.
I'd particularly welcome feedback on prediction accuracy and whether the sleep and cycle-phase insights read clearly at a glance. I'd also love to hear which features you'd like to see next, and I'm happy to answer any questions.
Hi everyone. Thanks for taking a look at app.
