Hey Product Hunt Community! 👋 I built Simple-Fi because I kept watching freelancer friends go through the same cycle: great month, then a tax bill hits, then a late payment, and suddenly they have no idea what they can actually afford to spend. And it broke my heart, some of this people are really adding value with their work but due to 'logistics' had to stop and go back to corporate. The thing is, freelance finances aren't complicated because freelancers are bad with money. They're complicated because every tool out there was designed for businesses with predictable income. Freelancing just doesn't work that way. This to not mention that until now there wasn't a tool that did all of that together - a tool that allowed you to manage your finances, clients and projects together. And there is where Simple.fi come. Our goal is to be the one tool are freelancers need. And therefore we built it around three things freelancers actually need: 1) A real-time runway number (how long can you cover your costs with what you have?) 2)A tax buffer that sets itself aside automatically, so it's never a surprise 3) A "safe to spend" figure that accounts for upcoming expenses, not just your current balance It also handles invoice tracking, expense logging, and automated client reminders - so everything lives in one place that actually understands how freelance cash flow works. We're early and actively looking for feedback.
