I’m Tewodros Birhanu, the founder of Siket.
Like many people, I kept switching between tabs for tasks, calendars, notes, email, and AI tools just to get simple work done. It broke focus and made productivity feel more complicated than it should be.
That’s why we built Siket, a productivity workspace inside your browser’s new tab.
Instead of jumping between apps, you can manage tasks, meetings, AI search, notes, habits, and workflows all in one place.
@onesamket you have built a lot of features in such a short time. Will check it out

Does the AI layer run on your own keys, or do you route through a hosted model, and how does that play with teams that already pay for ChatGPT or Claude accounts?
Right now, we route AI requests through OpenRouter.
Paid Siket users can use the AI with Siket-managed API keys.
Users who already have their own OpenRouter API key can plug it into Siket instead. The key stays in the user’s browser and requests are made directly from there we don’t proxy or store their key on our servers.
This gives users flexibility: they can either use Siket’s AI access or bring their own key if they already have one and want full control over usage and billing.

the keyboard-first approach is really well executed, it actually feels like the shortcuts were designed around how you'd think instead of just bolted on. nice that it lives in the new tab too, feels less intrusive than yet another desktop app.

Keyboard-first is exactly how I want my new tab to feel and Siket nails that. The tab sessions feature is a nice touch for keeping research clutter contained.
