Most people assume they make decisions consciously. I became interested in a different possibility that much of what drives our perceptions, reactions and conclusions operates beneath conscious awareness. Our experiences, beliefs, assumptions and conditioning shape how we interpret reality long before we consciously explain it. People often sense patterns before they can articulate them. They know something feels right, wrong, aligned or inconsistent, but struggle to explain why. This observation led me to develop the Coherent Signal Alignment Framework. The framework explores how patterns emerge through language, behaviour, feedback loops and structural relationships within a situation. Rather than focusing solely on events and outcomes, it examines the underlying dynamics that may be influencing them. After publishing the framework I wanted to make it practical and accessible. Signal Sense: Decode transforms these ideas into an interactive tool that helps people explore relationships, workplace challenges, major decisions and recurring life situations through a different analytical lens. My hope is that Signal Sense helps bridge the gap between intuition and understanding, allowing people to recognise patterns that may already be present, but not yet fully visible.
