I think that SigmaOS broke way too many patterns of existing browsers and overall made the UX worse. This was especially pronounced in its use of hotkeys and shortcuts in general. With the way so many patterns were changed, it felt like a"if it ain't broke, don't fix it" type of situation.

Its a browser you never knew you needed. I was on a hunt for a browser where I can manage my tabs better than I could do on Chrome. But since most browsers are chromium based, they have the same functionality. Safari came closest to the way I wanted my tabs to be managed but it brought its own set of problems. SigmaOS is exactly what I was hoping in my browser, and more!

I am impressed by the onboarding to the features and the good layout for easy navigation, especially the left side panel with "workspaces" and "tabs". However, I hope that I can continue to use the plug-ins familiar to my work (Save to Notion, Wappalyzer,..). They are not working for now in sigmaOS. Thank you for a great browser anyway.

Wait, not even a version for windows? 😑

The software is very easy to use and helps with managing where things into workspaces that I can easily switch between. I just wish there was a similar thing on Windows OS as well.

I’ve been on the hunt for a better browser and SigmOS has blown me away. Within a few days it feels so intuitive I can’t imagine going back. The split screen, workspaces and shortcuts amke using it a pleasure. The UX has been so well thought through for the way we use browsers now. Well done team!!

i actually switch to sigma from safari and sigma is in 1.0 version but have all the key version of safri also the uses of the shortcut when you know them is huge time gain. the stacks are also easy to manage and clearer than all the other browser.

Exceptional. Categorizing it as a Browser is like calling an iPad as a tablet. It is not a Browser, it is Sigma. At first, it took me a couple of days to get used to it and in the meantime, there have been times that I just went back to Chrome. But after getting used to it and especially customizing it, it saves you time and makes you organized. It is something really different and the help/support is mindblowing.

I like the UI and overall idea of this browser, it’s just feels great to be more effective than usual by using hotkeys and these nice little features here and there.

Sigma OS is a game changer surfing the web, helped me a lot to organize pages and privacy first policy is a must. The shortcuts take a while to get used, but then it’s no way back.
