SIGMA PROOFKIT is a local-first Windows utility for documenting selected files and verifying later whether they still match the recorded baseline. It creates preservation copies, SHA-256 checksum records, evidence manifests, and readable PDF documentation. Verification identifies files that are verified, modified, missing, unexpected, or unreadable. No required account, subscription, telemetry, or mandatory cloud upload.
