Shrink for Github

Basically this is just a viewer—can't create or edit issues, from what I can tell. Clicking on an issue just opens it in a browser. Bee remains the best native GitHub client, IMO.

Does this work offline and sync changes when online? (like with a editable queue or drafts folder or something)

Just thinking does this allow you to submit issues as well? I have recently started doing this for my private repos and would be cool to have a nice interface for this.
