One thing I'd love to see is a built-in bias audit dashboard that flags any patterns in who gets shortlisted or rejected. For Indian startups navigating diversity goals and compliance, having that transparency right inside the tool would be a real differentiator and build a lot of trust with hiring managers.

One thing that would help a lot: a built-in bias check that flags if your shortlist is skewing toward one gender, college tier, or age bracket. Gives the hiring manager a quick reality check before they fall in love with the rankings.
