Every freelancer knows this email: "The checkout is broken." No screenshot, no page, no clue. ShowDontTell ends it. Add one script tag to a client's site: they get a Report an issue button, click what's broken, type one sentence — no account, no login — and you get a screenshot with the clicked spot circled, page URL, browser/OS/screen size, and console errors, in a simple inbox, by email, and in Slack. Simpler and cheaper than BugHerd, Marker.io, Usersnap. Free for your first project.

Hi PH — I maintain client sites, and the worst part of the job was never the fixing. It was the 20 minutes of "can you send me a screenshot? which page? what does it say?" before any fixing could start.
So the rule for building this was: the client must not be able to get it wrong. One button, click the broken thing, one sentence. Everything a developer actually needs rides along automatically.
The demo on the site is a real working demo — there's a deliberately broken button on it, and reporting it takes about ten seconds. I'd love feedback on the reporting flow especially: could your least technical client do it?
Roadmap if it lands: a Chrome extension for reporting on sites you don't control, WordPress plugin, and integrations (Trello/Linear) — in that order, driven by what people ask for.
