I built a completely free and open source Android app called Shout! that allows users to anonymously post opinions on a shared board.
∙ No login, registration or Internet/data access required.
∙ It is written in Kotlin, makes use of Composables functions and the Google Nearby API. Available in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
