how does the 12-week sprint actually structure the 1-on-1 sessions, like is it weekly calls with homework or more of an async setup? trying to figure out if it fits around a full-time job.

It's structured as weekly 1-on-1 live calls (not pre-recorded async content) plus homework/practice tasks between sessions so you actually retain the SQL/Python skills.
Most people run it alongside a full-time job sessions are scheduled around your availability, usually 60-90 mins/week, with async support (Slack/WhatsApp) in between for questions on your homework or job applications.

Great question, Recep! It’s very much live and tailored, not just an async course with a weekly check‑in.
Each week you get a 1‑on‑1 session with me (60–90 mins) where we work through your Data & AI stack end‑to‑end fundamentals, projects, and job‑search strategy (portfolio, resume, outreach, interviews).
Between calls, you get async support: you can DM me your experiments, projects, cold emails, or offers and I’ll review and unblock you.
The idea is: 12 weeks of structured momentum towards a Data/AI role, with someone in your corner instead of you trying to piece it together from random resources.
