This resonates—the gap between team-oriented project tools and how solo devs actually think through work is real. The streak mechanic and one-tap logging across devices sounds like it actually removes friction instead of adding process. Curious whether you've seen indie devs use this alongside their existing notes or communication tools, or if Shipfolio tends to become the central hub.
@osakasaul Good question, and honestly my take is depends on each one individually.
Personally Shipfolio is all I need to not lose track of my ideas, my workflows, next steps, feedback collection etc. Is my central hub and that is the purpose of it. It's for indie and solo devs who juggle between multiple projects and all they need is a clean, easy, minimal way to track everything and conveniently.
Sometimes indie devs are deeply attached to their notes setup (Notion, Apple Notes, Obsidian, whatever), trying to win the fight against those probably is not a rational move.
