ShiftGuard Premium is a pre-revenue workforce-operations foundation built with React, Vite and Supabase. It brings employee and shift management, configurable operational checks, reporting and PDF export, audit-oriented workflows and PWA support into one responsive workspace. Built initially for healthcare teams, it can be adapted to other workforce-heavy industries. We’re launching to gather honest feedback and explore a €1,500 one-time software-asset acquisition. I built ShiftGuard Premium to explore a practical workforce-operations problem: helping teams organise employees, shifts, operational checks and audit-oriented workflows in one place. The project is still pre-revenue, so I’m using this launch to learn from founders, healthcare operators, developers and product people. I’m especially interested in feedback on the most valuable initial user segment and the clearest path to a focused product. The codebase is also available for a €1,500 one-time acquisition for a technical founder, agency or B2B software company that wants to continue building it. What would you improve first?
