Prop up your iPhone and start shadowboxing. ShadowCoach counts jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts, measures punch speed and pace, and calls out guard, chin and hip-rotation slips in real time. Four training modes, four-week plans, Apple Watch heart rate and frame-by-frame review are included. All camera analysis runs on-device: no account, uploads or wearables.
Hey Product Hunt, I built ShadowCoach because solo shadowboxing is easy to do but hard to judge. A timer can call combinations, but it cannot tell you whether your hand returned to guard or whether your hips joined the punch. ShadowCoach uses the iPhone camera for live, on-device body tracking, then counts punches and gives spoken feedback while you move. I wanted it to work in a normal living room, without a bag, gloves, wearable, account or uploaded video. I would especially love feedback from boxers and coaches on what it catches well and where the detection still needs work. Thanks for taking a look.
