A little more context on what we’re building:
ServiceBrief AI is not only about turning a single customer call into a job note.
The bigger goal is to help service teams capture important work across calls, missed calls, voicemails, emails, technician notes, and field updates — then turn that into:
• organized jobs
• service reports
• follow-ups
• customer summaries
• quote opportunities
One part we’re especially focused on is company-specific context.
ServiceBrief AI can use a company’s own price book, SOPs, service history, and internal knowledge. We use advanced semantic RAG to search and retrieve the right business context, so the output is not just a generic AI summary.
For example, if a technician mentions a part, maintenance recommendation, or possible follow-up, the system can connect that with the company’s actual services, pricing logic, previous job history, or internal procedures.
That’s where we think the real value is:
Not just writing notes faster, but helping service businesses catch work and revenue opportunities that often get lost before they ever make it into the system.
