I built this Service Pricing & Profit Calculator after noticing that many freelancers and small service businesses struggle with underpricing their work.
Most people guess their prices without properly accounting for labor, overhead, software costs, and target profit margins. This simple Google Sheets calculator helps calculate the true cost of delivering a service and the recommended price to charge.
