I created this app because I noticed a huge gap in the market: small restaurants, snacks, and cafés are often stuck between using a simple 'calculator' app that tracks nothing, or paying massive monthly fees for 'enterprise' POS systems that are way too complex. ServePoint is built to be the 'middle ground.' By using Firebase Firestore, I’ve focused on making the sync between the cashier and the kitchen display (KDS) instant and seamless. My favorite feature is the Ingredient-Level Tracking—it’s not just counting burgers; it’s counting the buns, the patties, and the cheese automatically.
