love how this lowers the barrier for first-time sellers. one thing that would help a lot of these tiny operators is a built-in customer chat or quick reply via whatsapp right inside the storefront, since most of them already manage orders through whatsapp anyway. would save them from juggling tabs.
@yaardeveciektr Good call, and you're right that most of these sellers already live in WhatsApp for order chatter so making them switch tabs is exactly the friction I don't want. Simplest version is probably a click to chat button on the storefront using their own number, no setup needed on their end. Adding it to the list, thanks for flagging it.
