Worst company ever in Australia. Shipped an item from Australia to Asia, ended up in Europe. After so much mess around, it finally reached the destination with non-usable condition. No support to call. Only emails. Don't waste your time with company. Just read the reviews on google and you ll understand why i am writing this review as well.

@sam1984s Great review Sam, I wish I had seen it before I tried to use Sendle. They used to be ok but now just lie to your face and are completely unreliable.

To make Sendle better ? To tell the truth would be a plus. Engaging reliable staff. Maybe telling the customer service people to not lie. I used to use Sendle alot but never again. The unreliability is bad but the contempt for the customer is even worse.
