I’ve used SEMrush when SEO needed to move from guesswork to signal. SEMrush gives visibility into keywords, site health, backlinks, and competitor movement in one place.
I’ve used it to identify content gaps, track ranking shifts, audit sites, and understand why competitors were gaining traction.
It takes some time to get comfortable with the depth, but once you do, SEMrush becomes a dependable companion for anyone working seriously on search and organic growth
Been using SEMrush for a while now, one thing I noticed new users often get overwhelmed by the data. Here's a tip: start by filtering keywords with a balance of high search volume (1k+) and low difficulty (<50). Also, use the "Questions" tab to find long-tail queries—they’re gold for content ideas.
Semrush is my go-to platform for everything from keyword research to site audits. The data is comprehensive and I love how it consolidates SEO, PPC, and social media tools in one place. The learning curve can be steep at first, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes an essential part of your digital marketing toolkit.
I’ve been using SEMrush for quite some time and overall, it’s one of the most comprehensive SEO toolkits out there — packed with features that genuinely help marketers and content teams grow.
That said, the pricing can feel a bit steep, especially for smaller teams or indie creators. I’d also love to see more granular data broken down by search engine (not just Google), and if possible, the inclusion of YouTube search data as well — it’s such a major traffic source nowadays.
Accuracy-wise, the data is solid, but there’s still room for improvement, especially when you’re analyzing less competitive or emerging keywords.
Still, a powerful tool with huge potential. Keep it up! 🙌
